Lucy founded Bayn Europe and led its listing on Nasdaq First North in 2014. Her background combines ingredient technology, international business development and company building. At Sureka, she leads the development of the business and its commercial infrastructure.

Head of Sales
Ola brings more than 30 years of food-industry experience in product development and B2B sales. His focus is on customer relationships and the commercial application of Sureka’s ingredient solutions and products.
Richard Bagge
CFO
Richard brings extensive experience in finance, investments and companies entering expansion phases. His work supports Sureka’s financial management and growth planning.

Anastasia is a lawyer and founder of Arch Advokatbyrå. She brings experience in corporate law, commercial agreements, regulatory compliance and capital-market matters, including legal aspects of acquisitions and listing preparations.
